The mentors are very dedicated and have showed that by helping the team work every day. The team members and mentors have gotten to know each other personally and the mentors have become not just teachers, but friends. The mentors treat the team with respect and a friendly attitude. In addition, the mentors have become role models for the team members. The team sees the mentors as people they aspire to be in the future.
